Pine Harbor Marina is located on a peninsula in the most upscale neighborhood in St. Clair County, Alabama. With
year round deep water (8 ft. min.) It is near the Pell City Civic Center and the award winning Lakeside Park and
Recreation Center. The east side of the peninsula overlooks a stunning 18 hole golf course with a man-made
channel for boating access. The west side overlooks the harbor that allows a wonderful view of breathtaking sunsets. At the south end of the peninsula sits a three story condiminum development with potential for a second phase.

The marina facility has a high dry stack storage building that can house one hundred fifteen (115) boats. The wet slip capacity covered and uncovered is ninety with the option of adding more. All slips have power and water available. A ship's store is located within the facility with showroom, merchandise and sales area. In front of the storage building and ship store is a conveniently located fuel system that meets all EPA regulations.
